Dendrobates truncatus, also known as the yellow striped poison dart frog or sometimes simply as 'truncs' , are a relatively uncommon poison dart frog in the United States hobby. Dendrobates truncatus is native to Colombia, where it is relatively common. 3 different color forms exist, most likely reflecting different populations, including yellow, green, and blue.
