If you want to get the best quality lighting possible, get Arcadias heating and lighting products. These LED bars were a huge jump from my previous LED bars. Perfect for plant growth.

It may be a bit pricey but this is a fantastic light and would definitely reccomend it

This light is BRIGHT and has led to outstanding growth in my 12x12. In just the first two weeks, my baby tears doubled in size (from starting out ~4" in diameter), my neos gained color by the day, roots galore on the orchids, and even my moss mix had already started perking up. I'm extremely impressed by the amount of growth that has occurred so quickly. Would not recommend putting any fast growing vines under this light, they will weed so quickly. I removed my ficus pumila minima in fear of it taking over due to how much growth it was putting out in such a short time. The only thing I don't like is that this light can definitely warm up a 12x12, especially with an acrylic lid. It never warmed it to a dangerous temperature (high 70s was about the limit) but it made me uneasy. I increased ventilation in the lid and that helped a bit. If your viv is sealed off, I would not recommend this light.
