Healthy Good Looking Well Established Plant

My order came with three calatheas - two orbifolias and one medallion. While the orbifolias left much to be desired, I was pleased with the medallion calathea I was sent. It has minimal leaf damage and looks healthy with a well established root system and new leaves preparing to unfurl. It is a nice size with its largest leaves a little smaller than my hand (I have really small hands though fyi). It’s a pretty little plant and I have high hopes that it will grow into a big beautiful calathea. I can recommend this plant if you’re looking for one.

Beautiful starter plant

Calatheas are infamously hard to ship, but this one arrived safe and sound. A big, beautiful new leaf had just unfurled when it arrived. I'm keeping it close to the humidifier with a red maranta, I think they are getting along.

Big, sturdy, and attractive

I've had one of these in my large thumnail tank for two years. It grows so well it needs occasional trimming and I've even propagated it into one of my other tanks. Make sure you have at heast 18 inches of vertical space as this plant will outgrow a shorter enclosure.
