I ordered 5 bags of this for my dragon, they stated they had 11 bags in stock. I was informed that “I didn’t finish paying, return to your cart now to proceed.” So, I called the service rep and she stated that this was a mistake on the website, and my order would be shipped as it was indeed in stock. Fast forward to today; My money was refunded with no explanation at all. I called back again just now to be told “oh we’re sorry, we don’t actually have that in stock anymore.” I didn’t receive any emails, nor calls. They basically sold my order to someone else and quietly refunded my money without notice while I was waiting on a tracking number. They just lost us as a customer, I’ll take my business back to Amazon unfortunately. A simple phone call or email to inform me is too much to ask I suppose.

I rescue bearded dragons and my current two have very weak jaws so getting them to be able to eat enough bugs can be a challenge and they absolutely LOVE this product. It's moist and appealing to them and made with actual insects and veggies unlike a normal petstore pellet that is not good nutritionally.
