Fluker's Heating Mat for Hermit Crabs is easy to use. The durable construction provides uniform evenly-distributed heat. While not large enough to heat the minimum required tank for a hermit crab,in most climates, it can be useful for temporary uses like during travel or in quarantine. Check out the heating mat catagory  for larger more appropriate heating pads for hermit crabs. 

This mat can be used for invertebrates and small reptiles that live in small enclosures.

Available in 2 sizes:

• small- 4 watts (4" x 5")
• medium- 7 watts (6" x 8")

CAUTION:

• For use on dry tanks only. For indoor household use only
• To protect against electrical hazards, do not immerse cords, plug, or the heater itself in water or any other liquid.
• Close supervision is necessary when using heater by or near children.
• Do not operate your heat mat if the cord or plug has been damaged in any way.
• Do not use the heat mat for anything other than its intended use.
• Do not use pins or other metallic objects to fasten the pad of the heater in place.
• Do not place on tanks with cracked or broken surfaces.
