Josh's Frogs D-Tox Concentrated Water Conditioner is great for optimal aquarium care and maintenance. D-Tox removes chlorine and chloramine while also detoxifying ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, and heavy metals into safe, non-toxic forms that are readily removed by your aquarium's filter. Five times more concentrated than other leading brands, it's a handy tool for all aquarists to have on hand. Use D-Tox during initial tank set-up, when performing water changes, or to reduce ammonia, especially in the event of an emergency.

Ammonia is an invisible killer of aquarium inhabitants. If there is a sudden ammonia spike (which can happen for a number of reasons), you can use D-Tox to help your aquatic friends stay safe while waiting for water changes and the filter to remove the excess ammonia.

D-Tox is very versatile and can be used in any aquatic or semi-aquatic enclosure – paludariums, aquariums, freshwater, and saltwater. This product is safe for fish, aquatic turtles, amphibians, plants, and invertebrates. It also helps to regenerate the natural slime coat of fish and doesn't alter your pH.

A 16 oz. bottle will treat 4,730 gallons of water. To use, simply add 1 ml per every 10 gallons or one capful for 50 gallons. For smaller volumes, note that each thread on the cap is approximately 1 ml. You can also use Josh's Frogs Feeding/Dosing syringe for measuring specific amounts.
